'Okay, things have changed again today. There is something big coming up, and I have been to one brief already, and am due at one in a few minutes. Nobody can leave right now, unless it's cleared 5 days in advance, so they have kind of put a stop on all passes. Looks like we'll be supporting you after all.....I am going to talk to my chain of command to try and get time off to visit you ASAP. I will let you know when, probably a week or so in advance.
This sucks, but it is also what we've been waiting for here, and it's good to finally know something rather than guess.....'
